Portrait of Flux founder Becky Wixon

Created by Becky Wixon.

Becky Wixon is a music strategist, creative producer and artist with over a decade of experience developing music, talent and creative experiences. Through senior roles at MassiveMusic and Songtradr, she has led music strategy, artist development and multidisciplinary projects for global brands and cultural organisations. She previously founded Balance the Mix, a platform created to address the significant underrepresentation of women and gender-diverse people in music production. Through mentoring, education, events and industry partnerships, it supported emerging talent and opened new creative opportunities. Becky founded Flux to bring these strands together - combining music, artist development, experience design and wellbeing to create new ways for people to encounter sound.
